If wind is insufficient for kiteboarding, guests can enjoy a variety of alternative activities, including mountain biking, hiking, a sea safari, spa treatments, or simply relaxing at Casa Tara.
What if I do not want to kiteboard at all?
Kiteboarding is entirely optional. Guests who do not participate in kiteboarding can fill their days with yoga, wellness treatments, beach time, the pool, hiking, mountain biking, boat exploration, or quiet time at the hotel.
What optional activities can be arranged?
Optional activities include: kiteboarding lessons and gear rental, sea safari boat excursions, guided mountain biking in the desert, guided hiking, spa treatments at Casa Tara, and additional outdoor or marine experiences.
What should I pack?
We recommend comfortable athletic and casual clothing, swimwear, sun protection (hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen, rash guard), light layers for cooler desert evenings, sandals, sneakers or trail shoes, and personal toiletries.
